    1. This was a simple and meaningful read. We need to love and understand one another. The poet frowns at greed especially in his political pieces.

    3. ABSOLUTELY ENJOYED THIS COLLECTION!!! I was in the writer's thoughts and mine as well. I haven't read anything this dark since my angsty years! I love it! I found a kindred spirit within these poems. My favorite pieces were "The Color Black," "The Sonnet of Immortality," and "Desolation of the Soul." Dark and riveting! Enjoyed the journey! Snaps all around!

    4. This volume of dark poetry is food for the soul and mind. Poems with an unexpected depth! The author offers such an accurate description of the modern society. “ A war in despair” and “Desolation of the soul” are only a few of the poems that I really enjoyed reading. This Black Book is not all bleak, as its author talks about release and freedom, and redemption by love. An impressive anthology of thoughtful poems!
