Refund Policy

JOVIN S T LTD WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES AS PER OUR T&C’S

  • If the learner does not attend the course that they have booked for.
  • If the learner is late in starting the training.
  • If a deposit has already been made to secure a place on a course.
  • If the learner provides insufficient ID.
  • If the learner rearranges the course and cannot attend on the dates they have arranged for.

JOVIN S T LTD WILL ISSUE A REFUND UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES AS PER OUR T&C’S

  • If a course is cancelled from our end. (Under no circumstances will the company issue a refund with the payment exceeding the original amount paid to us. Jovin Security Training Ltd is not responsible, nor will we compensate for any accommodation or transport costs, or loss of earnings due to time taken off work.)
  • If a learner has taken a level 2 course or below and hasn’t received results within 3 months without valid reasoning from the company.
  • If a learner has taken a level 3 course and hasn’t received results within 6 months without valid reasoning from the company.
  • If a learner has taken a level 4 course and hasn’t received results within 9 months without valid reasoning from the company.

 

Apps, games, & in-app purchases 

  • You may request a refund within 48 hours of the transaction if something you bought isn’t working, isn’t what you expected, was bought by accident, or you changed your mind about the purchase.
  • Depending on your specific situation, we may be able to help. If your refund is approved you will lose access to the content.

Unauthorized purchase refunds

  • If something was bought on your account or using your payment method without your permission, you may be able to get a refund. Select the link for more information.

Request a refund for unauthorized purchases

  • Please report unauthorized purchases within 65 days of the unauthorized purchase.
  • If you notice an unauthorized purchase, submit a refund request online. You’ll usually get a decision within 24 hours, but it can take up to to five business days. If your refund request is approved, you will lose access to the purchased item.
  • Note: It’s important that you keep your account information and passwords private. If you give your details to someone else, or don’t enable authentication for purchases, you are responsible for any purchases made.
